Good location but Impossible to...

Liked: Big rooms, we booked a Suite. Very comfortable beds. Great location with an excellent shuttle bus service to and from Newark Airport on a regular basis. Courtesy phones to dial direct to the hotel are located at the exit to the airport. Good shower with great water pressure.
Disliked: The fist room we were offered stank of smoke. So we had to change it. The second was better.. There was no kettle in the room. No cups. Not even any courtesy water which I thought very mean. We were kept awake by really loud people in the room directly under ours until 2am. It was awful. They had the TV on really loud. I tried to phone Reception but he did not pick up so I had to go down in my pyjamas to ask him to get the TV turned off. The man on Reception was talking away in Indian to someone on a long personal call, that's why he would not answer my calls down to Reception. We had paid for a Continental breakfast, but they don't start it until 7am which was too late for us. I felt they could have offered us a bread roll and a banana to take with us

Stopover night: ok. But not...

Liked: Location to airport and shuttle service. 24hours operation of the hotel. Possibility to go shopping at Jersey Gardens outlet mall.
Disliked: Noise in the hotel around the clock. Very old. Beds not very comfy, people shouting and making noise.

Entire building smells like cigarettes....

Liked: The location was great and the staff was friendly
Disliked: The entire building smelled like cigarettes. For someone who doesn’t smoke, it was incredibly difficult to sleep with that smell.

Liked: The bed itself was ok the room was spacious. I really liked the free shuttle.
Disliked: The bed was dirty the mini fridge was leaking.
