We got overcharged on our rooms, and on the second night our cards didn't work. When we got new cards they set it up as a new reservation so we got an extra charge on the credit card.

Liked: It was 5 minutes away from the venue (New City Gas).
Disliked: Overcharged on our rooms.

Hotel was great; location was great; staff was great.

Liked: The rep on the phone worked very hard to accommodate my needs.
Disliked: I was told the website discount was as good as the military discount. This was not true.

I enjoyed the location a lot; when I come back I will book a room with you again.

Liked: Service at reception was very good; room was very clean and had everything a traveller might require.
Disliked: Maybe change the pillows a little - they are too soft; room seemed smaller compared to Best Western in Niagara Falls.

Cozy with a great location.

Liked: We arrived early for checkin and they were able to get us in a room right away. The room was a great size for two people, it had a huge bathroom and was very clean. The location of this hotel is incredible, we will now stay here every time we come to Montreal.
Disliked: Where there is no free breakfast, a microwave and toaster in the room would have been great, there are two restaurants attached to the hotel, so that’s nice but that can also get a little pricey.
