We got overcharged on our rooms, and on the second night our cards didn't work. When we got new cards they set it up as a new reservation so we got an extra charge on the credit card.

Liked: It was 5 minutes away from the venue (New City Gas).
Disliked: Overcharged on our rooms.

Hotel was great; location was great; staff was great.

Liked: The rep on the phone worked very hard to accommodate my needs.
Disliked: I was told the website discount was as good as the military discount. This was not true.

I enjoyed the location a lot; when I come back I will book a room with you again.

Disliked: Maybe change the pillows a little - they are too soft; room seemed smaller compared to Best Western in Niagara Falls.

Liked: Location to the Bell Centre and restaurants and shops on St Catherine Street
Disliked: Tiny elevators and the smoke coming in the lobby from the smokers in front of the doors

Exceptional

Ideal location at affordable rates...

Liked: The location is ideal for shopping and getting to the Bell Centre. Cora is in the hotel so a hardy breakfast is available. The room was very spacious and even though it was a Friday and Saturday night, the noise level in front of the hotel was not that bad.
Disliked: The price of the room went from $155 on Thursday night and up to $250 for Saturday night, which we weren't aware of.
