Liked: The hotel pool area is very comforting and was the main reason I booked this hotel. The main hotel lobby had carts ready to use and a nice waiting area. Plenty of access to vending and ice machines as well on the property.
Disliked: The staff was almost absent from offering any kind of help or assistance during my stay, checking in began with someone who was not very pleasant to talk to and was quite rude, even finding paper plates to bring to my room one of the staff members said they did not have any and did not offer any kind of ideas or help as to where I could find some it took me asking if the morning breakfast area could have some that I could take which I then had to walk myself down into the unlit area to locate myself. I was also almost triple charged for the deposit and have been playing a game of phone tag with the front desk staff to reach someone who has absolutely no initiative to get back in touch to resolve my issue.

Liked: The breakfast was good..
Disliked: It would have been nice to have syrup, for the pancakes and French toast sticks at breakfast.We had a room with safety bars as requested which was great. However, the toilet was VERY low! Would appreciate a higher one!

Liked: I Appreciated!!! The whole setup my Husband really surprised me it was myyyyyy Birthday!! And we came here and I really enjoyed myself. We will most definitely be back.

Disliked: There was no breakfast as there should have been a continental breakfast. The Jets in the hot tub were not working. I picked this hotel for the pool area and continental breakfast. We had five rooms with 20 guests and had to fend for ourselves for breakfast.

Airport shuttle failed to show...

Liked: Good check in, location across from airport and several restaurants near by.
Disliked: No one at desk when I wanted to check out. This was true during the 40 minutes that I waited for my airport shuttle. I am very angry that my airport shuttle did not show up!! I was waiting for it at 5:40 AM (for a 5:45 reservation) and I finally gave up at 6:05 AM and walked to the airport with three pieces of luggage. The airport is not made to walk into and it was difficult to cross lawns, parking lots and streets with my luggage and no real signage on how to walk in. I chose this hotel for it's shuttle service and for the shuttle not to show up and no one to be available at the front desk is inexcusable. I feel that I should be refunded at least 50% of my cost of stay at this hotel!!
