Decent but I won’t go...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was cooked as I asked for it, as I like.
Disliked: There was noisy people in the hallways when I was trying to sleep

It was affordable and restful...

Liked: Comfort of mattress and pillows were clean, firm, & rested perfectly after a long walk at a festival. Friendly attentive staff for the most part. Hot Breakfast was served. They provided daily fresh towels during the day and took out trash. Mini conditioning shampoo was great for my usually tangled hair. Make up remover wipes were great too. Hard “wood” floor in my 406 was great and clean upon arrival.
Disliked: Online pictures are from when it was new. Needs updates. It’s actually old. The door handles to the rooms require to lift up. Mine and a family that was in different room in the 4th floor room 402 & 406 had tubs that would get clogged easily after 5 minute shower. Breakfast was limited and only served for portion control. Which I understand but line could get long waiting for one person to serve your meal. 406 needs desk lamp cleaned and wall behind tv extending to desk area. Overall the walls need cleaning and closet door needs fixing and cleaning. You can see all the dirty stains on it. *The doors need to be secured to open only with hotel key cards. There were a lot of bums/ homeless outside waiting around the staircases at the dental office in the back side. Some smoking weed and others offering to sell sunglasses. My husband stayed up late to monitor activity outdoors and noticed those people going in and out of hotel. Spoke To one and said he was homeless. Perhaps there’s permission to access restrooms to clean up. But if they don’t it’s a risk for the clients staying as there’s no protection on who comes in and out of hotel.

Liked: I liked that there were 3 pillows on each bed. I love the temperature of how hot the water could get. I appreciated the information from the beautiful lady at the desk upon check-in. I liked there was a full-sized ironing board and iron.
Disliked: The air conditioner was hot and when I asked for a fan or room change the new lady there was rude and unhelpful. there was mold in the shower by the rail. the shower head was falling apart. The coffee maker was broken since it had missing parts to it. the mini cooler smelled.
