Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Liked: Great staff! Friendly and nice atmosphere.
Disliked: Unit on wall fell off; shower hose broken and no TV converter.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, even the room service. The breakfast was excellent. We will recommend this hotel to all of our friends whenever they go up to the casino. It was also nice to see that there was a shuttle bus to get us back and forth to the casino.

Disliked: They only negative thing was the hot tub was not in service while we were there.

Disappointed

Liked: Clean. The staff was very nice. Bed comfortable.
Disliked: Ice machine not working; phone in the room not working. Pool closed. HVAC unit noisy.
