Our day was OK here.

Liked: It was nice to have a discount because we were staying there because we had family members in the hospital. was nice to have a restaurant right in the hotel.
Disliked: There were stairs in some of the parts of the hotel. We’re not that we’re not accommodating to our party.

Felt welcomed and received excellent...

Liked: I booked this overnight stay for a family member with special needs and Nicole, who assisted with the reservation, was absolutely marvelous about communicating with me multiple times and being helpful at every step of the way. Thank you!

Liked: Location and room size .
Disliked: Hotel itself was outdated . Toilets are short , so our grandma had to go downstairs to use bathroom . Room size for suite is great , however bedroom is not in closed . No bedding in our room -had to wait 5 hours for cleaning of enough sheets.

Liked: Close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: The rooms facing the pool were SO loud, and kids were yelling and playing in the area until 11:30pm.

Overall, stay was wonderful just...

Liked: Clean nice to have a restaurant connected to it.
Disliked: We were not told at check-in time or anytime at all about the hot tub not working when we were there. And we were not credited at all for the inconvenience of it not working. Which was such a bummer because I was really looking forward to that after the end of a busy day.
