Liked: Kids enjoyed the pool. Very shallow but my kiddos are young so it was perfect
Disliked: We were there 5 days no one came in the room for trash or fresh towels until day 4. Then they took what towels were on the floor and didn’t leave any clean ones.

Great Breakfast and Host

Liked: Breakfast had a good selection. The breakfast host was very friendly, accommodating, and full of life. Always greeting folks with a smile! Check-in was easy and quick.
Disliked: Room had areas that were unclean. Beds were hard as a rock.

Disliked: overall it was a disappointment. Best Western Plus are renovative facilities. This was not! everything in the room was old, low quality, and for sure not renovated

Liked: Elevator, and the staff was attentive when I called about a plastic and women stocking wrapped around the smoke detector.
Disliked: There was a plastic bad and a womens stocking tied around the smoke detector.
