Very happy with the customer service, cleanliness of rooms, shuttle service, hot breakfast and price. Very happy we stayed and will be back if we ever need a hotel in Madison, WI again!

The room was awesome; very, very, nice staff; we got a shuttle to and from the venue and even though the concert ran late they still came and got us, even at 11:30; I would recomend this place highly.

The best hotel I've ever...

Liked: I appreciated all the special services for guests, most of all the free shuttle to the hospitals and nearby attractions, but other thoughtful services, including wheelchairs and conversation rooms for family groups, made it a very comfortable stay.
Disliked: Liked everything.
