Wonderful 4 night stay and...

Liked: Comfort. Hard working staff. Allergy attentive. gluten free cereal and bread available. They said milk also but that must be for the dairy free people. All sheets and towels were very nice. Bed was comfortable and so was room temperature which we could adjust. Everything seemed new and worked well.
Disliked: No way to watch special channels like Netflix etc would be all I could think of. BUT you don’t go on vacation to watch TV so it had local channels that sufficed. TV though should not say you could “cast” when you really couldn’t.

Hated the breakfast

Liked: I like the location, the rooms were clean while my room was anyway I like that they had bottles of soap shampoo conditioner and my shower was very hot they had very good soap and conditioner shampoo as well that was very comfortable and I didn't mind the freeway View.
Disliked: What I did not like was the breakfast. They served eggs and biscuit and gravy the whole time. When I asked where was the breakfast meat they told me it was inside the gravy. Not everyone wants gravy. Serve breakfast meat such a sausage or bacon. That was my only discrepancy I was not going to get up early in the morning to go downstairs just for gravy and biscuits and eggs. You all need to upgrade your breakfast options. Or I'll need to find a better hotel to stay at when I come to town to visit my sister who's ill.

Liked: I loved the breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: The lady on Saturday morning seemed a bit rude and I was wondering about an early check in when I was told I could check in at 1pm but I was told when I arrived I could not check in til 2pm. This was a little frustrating considering my flight had landed in Chicago at 6:30am that morning.

Liked: Front desk attendant upgraded our room and asked if what floor we’d like to stay on, which as nice. Breakfast was unexpected but appreciated
Disliked: Bathroom was extremely cold.
