Liked: I love how the hotel is quiet and the safe is very helpful. I really like the fact that you have to have a key to get to the floors.
Disliked: I did have to call the front desk, to ask for air freshener due to my room not smelling fresh. They did bring me some air freshener so I could spray in the room.

I loved my stay. See you all next time!

Liked: Second times using this best western and it is the only place I look to book when I come to the Los Angeles area.
Disliked: The way the shower was made with a glass wall blocking half the shower and the shower head coming down from the ceiling. Some people do not wish to get their hair wet and do not travel with shower caps because usually showers are at a normal angle and level. I am tall but my partner is short I was able to angle the water so she could use it without wetting her hair. However because the shower had half glass water was all over the floor every time the shower was used. I remedied by putting several towels on the floor but it is a definite slipping hazard. You might reconsider that particular type of shower arrangement.
