Superb

Liked: The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The staff were very nice and super helpful. And the pool was enjoyable with the perfect temperature.
Disliked: Even though the pool was enjoyable, it did look a little green, not sure if it needs a deep clean or remodel. And when we went to check it the work out room we couldn't locate a light for the room.

Liked: The hotel itself
Disliked: The front office staff member that checked us in. She was so rude, not polite or friendly. Our key didn't work, just took it from my daughters hand, didn't say anything and then brought it back without saying anything.

Liked: First shift was helpfulThey had us close to the elevator.
Disliked: Third shift was asleep at the counter with there head on there folded arms. When she heard the door opened she woke up.The curtains could have closed so the outside daylight wouldn't shine through and wake you up.

Disliked: Our check in was NOT very friendly at all. Michelle needs to try to use some friendly customer skills. She is the first person to see and interact with your hotel guess.

Disliked: Not paying attention how long we were staying there We had to come back to get something at the room and our key wouldnt work so we stopped at front desk and they said oh we thought you checked out Really all of our stuff was still in room
