Disliked: I thought for Best Western standards, this property was a little off. Property seemed a little shabby. Maybe they need a little sprucing up. Everything seemed a little old and run down. Houseman should be wiping outside doors down before guests check in. Our room (102) had bird poop streaks on it which made opening the door a bit unappealing. The young lady at checking was friendly and nice. Just didnt think this was up to par for a Best Western.

See above , I asked you to cancel the reservation about one hr after I made it, because I received .

I emailed you to tell you I never received confirmation, I tried to get a confirmation code for over an hr, and repeatedly tried to contact you. Nothing worked , until finally I emailed to ask you to cancel the reservation and not charge me. What's going on- I have not heard back yet. Elaine reardon

Liked: The entire building was clean, the room was spacious and there were plenty of breakfast options. We had a nice visit at the bar with another guest and bar tender. It was a very pleasant stay.
