Room temp was nice, overall...

Liked: The First Lady that checked us in was really sweet and patient
Disliked: The lady that checked us out. I also would’ve like an extra pillow. (4 pillows for 2 people instead of 3 pillows for 2 people)

We enjoiyed our visit. Everything...

Liked: Very clean and rooms were large. Beds comfortable.
Disliked: Vent van made a weird noise and not the best shower flow. Was clean and well stocked.

Liked: The room is beautiful. The bed was like a cloud. The sheets were amazing.
Disliked: Yes! The entrance door on the side of the building is very heavy and people didn't realize that if not held it would slam. And unfortunately our room was next to it. It woke us up & kept us up a bit.

Liked: Hotel was nice but lady at front desk wasn't attentive had to holler out to get help&also had to walk down stairs to get more towels

Not an eco hotel

Liked: It was convenient for watching the eclipse, with a decent breakfast (very nice and helpful breakfast staff) and nice to have laundry facilities
Disliked: It was very expensive for a basic motel. The amount of plastic and disposable cutlery etc was absolutely shocking and completely unnecessary. There was no laundry soap available and the Wifi rarely worked (which I s a problem when coming from overseas with ridiculous data charges from our phone provider)

I need to be reimbursed...

Disliked: My sister wasn't allowed to stay at this Best western property after having been a quest there for the past almost 5 months.
