I would definitely use this hotel again. Nice and clean; conveniently located with a good restaurant.

Liked: Upgraded to suite.
Disliked: Not really bad but fridge could have had some drinks in it.

The suite was spacious and clean.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and fun and the resturant in the lobby called The Edge served wonderful food and drink. The view from the balcony was very "entertaining" and the location of the hotel was central and close to theatres, shopping and fine food.
Disliked: There was a lot of night time street noise and would recommend earplugs or an upper floor.

We would definitely stay there again!

Liked: Beautiful suite - great view from the balcony. Very clean, spotless in fact!

Liked: The separate living room and bedrooms were perfect for our group.
Disliked: Slow elevators

Liked: Staff were very polite and helpful.
Disliked: The bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable very basic room. The area where the hotel is located has a lot of homeless and a lot of drug related activities. Whilst walking back to the hotel a lit cigarette was thrown at myself and my 12 year old daughter, the cigarette landed in my hair! Very unpleasant experience and distressing for my daughter who didn't feel safe after this. We checked out of the hotel early due to this. Would definitely not stay here again.

A good option is staying...

Liked: Our suite was large, modern and with good quality furnishings. Reception was friendly and looked impressive. The location was walkable to all the places we needed to get to.
Disliked: The immediate environment outside the hotel was not the most pleasant. I wanted a late checkout due to a 9pm flight, however a 4pm checkout would have meant paying for another night at the hotel. This is ridiculous compared with all the other hotels I have stayed at.
