Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly for the most part.
Disliked: My family was obviously was given a room used for pets. Upon opening the door, we could smell dog, and the bed had cat scratch marks. We were tired & didn't feel like complaining though over a 1 night. Way below expectations though. The pool was freezing.

CLEAN, QUIET AND COMFORTABLE

Liked: Close to the hospital and highway,very quiet, clean room, amenities in the room such as refrigerator and coffee. Thank you for having an extra pillow and blanket in the closet.
Disliked: Powered creamer is gross. Since you offer coffee pods, why not offer little creamer cups. One shampoo, conditioner, and lotion is not enough for two people.
