The people were friendly. The rooms were clean and comfy. The view was excellent along with the food and bar.

All was great. I was showing at the Xcel Center and the shuttle service to the center was excellent. Also, each night we ate at the bar off the lobby and the food was generous portions and well prepared!

We enjoyed our stay at the Kelly Inn and plan to stay there again when in the Twin Cities. We were there for the opening show of Garrison Keiller (at Fitzgerald Theatre) for the 2011-2012 season. Enjoyed the show - the weather - our stay at the Kelly Inn.

Liked: We were close to the events we were in St. Paul to attend. The people at the Front desk were very, very friendly and helpful, sharing information we needed answers for and providing information which was very helpful. The young lady who waited on us when we went for breakfast was really great - friendly - helpful - concerned to provide the best of waitress she could be. We found the hotel clean and very comfortable with the employee service amongst the best we have experienced.
Disliked: Didn't really find any real negative factors

Liked: Easy check in/out. Great view of St Paul. Super close to museum. Pool was great.
Disliked: Had to ask where the ice machine, etc were located. Prefer to be told on check in.

Liked: Clean, great location, staff very professional, and of course Hotel employee!! She helped with the continental breakfast. She was so kind, funny, and seemed like she loved her job!!

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. We used/enjoyed the pool and had a drink at the bar inside the property. Breakfast was definitely above average - good selection & quality compared with most hotel breakfasts. $15 per day for parking and need a code to get out and back into the property.
Disliked: Towels were lacking in the pool when we went in the early morning, but that might have been from the people in the pool the night before -- they left a mess and piles of towels behind
