Liked: Had hot water all the time. The room was away from everyone else on the floor. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Liked: I like the spa tub the room was alright
Disliked: They shut the water off for like 2 1/2 hrs so we couldn’t shower or run the spa tub which put us behind for our reservation and they don’t tell you about the deposit till you get there we 350 fit two nights that a lot of money we were supposed to have king suite with the spa tub it definitely didn’t feel like it

Liked: I LOVE the hotel was very comfortable and clean but when my husband and was trying to get ready for the special event that brought us to town the water didn't work for a couple of hours then after contacting the front desk we were told the water was turned off for maintenance, when checking out we asked for a compensation for being late to our even for their inconvenience ,they offered $10 at the most

Liked: I didn’t owner was a real prick and demanded a deposit because I didn’t have a chip card!
