Liked: Most of the booking went flawless.
Disliked: I canceled one of 2 rooms before the Sunday 3pm deadline . I texted the # provided and called the front desk to cancel. I get a message before 5pm Sunday stating my cancelation was invalid, due to Booking not confirming cancelation. BS. I want my refund for 1 room put back on my Visa. Thnx

Awesome budget friendly hotel in...

Liked: For a Best Western property, this far exceeded my expectations. The pool area was a little outdated but very clean and inviting. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop right outside that is a very short trip to the falls and attractions. Excellent location without being in the busy downtown area. We would definitely stay there again .

Nice hotel, but the room...

Liked: Nice common area with a pool and play area for kids.
Disliked: Room was way too hot, even with the heat turned off. Staff said that the hotel had not yet switched from heating to cooling due to the time of the year. Our room was consistently very warm which made sleeping a little uncomfortable especially with a 2 and 4 year old with us. The only solution was to open the door to the outside for 5 to 10 minutes to cool off the room.
