Liked: The staff ws extremely accommodating and the room super clean and comfy. In that neighborhood when driving through some of the other hotels looked questionable so when I arrived here was so happy I had booked it! It was a great hotel for price! The Mexican restaurant right next door was aging food too and I got a discount there because I was staying at this hotel. They also had elevators if you were staying on upper floors. Everything was easy and nice!

Liked: I thought Jermy was a great employee. He helped us a lot at check in. The maintenance man also let my seven year old niece help feed the koi fish in the morning. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: The homeless people broke into the pool area and washed in the hot tub with their dog at night. This was creepy and not safe and made us miss our morning soak because it had to be drained, washed, refilled and heated back up. I was sad they didn't have security at night in such a sketchy area. I felt bad for all the workers there! Nobody deserve this and it could have been prevented.

Best Western Plus Bayshore Inn...

Liked: A hearty breakfast was provided with lots of food choices including eggs, bacon or sausage, hard boiled eggs and make your own waffles. The room was clean and comfortable and had room for a desk as well as small dining table ad chairs.
Disliked: It was all fine.
