Liked: The staff was very professional, even the room service was very helpful and quick at supplying extra towels , they were all very amazing.The breakfast eating area was very clean and well kept. My kids loved the breakfast, especially the pancake maker 😊 they’re already asking me to return. Thank you so much.

Disliked: The hotel cancelled my reservation the day before I was supposed to arrive. They offered a alternate hotel, which I did not want to stay at. The hotel also offered a full refund if I didn't want to stay at the alternate hotel. I prepaid for my stay which as of this date, 8 days after my reservation would have started, I have not received a refund. I am very upset because when I call booking.com I get the run around.

Disliked: There are times when the price per night goes from$109.00 to about $140.00 per night. I understand, dependson availability and day. When it goes up and I want to staymore days, that is pricey.
