Disliked: I thought I read that there was an airport shuttle which they had, but also a shuttle to the cruise port which they didn’t. I thought they charged $20 pp for the shuttle to the pier

Liked: Staff was very friendly, room was spacious and clean
Disliked: Our room smelled like stale cigarettes and deodorizing spray. The smell was very strong and hit us like a brick wall as soon as we walked into the room. Very unfortunate, especially seeing the amount of “100% Smoke Free Facility” signs posted everywhere

Adequate for a 1 night...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety and good choices. Room was good sized and had refrigerator, microwave, and small coffee maker.
Disliked: Telephone was broken. Electric outlets came out of wall or lamps when I tried to unplug them. Kitchen assistant wiped off crumbs off waffle maker with same rag she used on the counter

Great place to stay!

Liked: The front desk clerk, who I believe was the manager was exceptional. We called for a shuttle from the airport and because it was later and her shuttle driver had left she called for an Uber for us. She called me back to let me know exactly what kind of car and where to go. In the morning she worked with us to get us back to the airport a little before the normal shuttle time. She was so nice, listened and made it happen! I am sorry I didn't get her name but she definitely is an asset for the hotel.

I would definitely book this...

Liked: The breakfast was delicious, the staff was welcoming, and the hotel was immaculate. Mrs. Laverne was very courteous to all, kept everything stocked, and kept the dining room clean. One of the reasons I would make another reservation at this hotel is because of Mrs. Laverne.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't enjoy was that the walls were too thin; I could hear the next door neighbor's entire discussion at 7 a.m., so I couldn't sleep.
