Disliked: The Corridor smelt like someone puked. The Xmas tree was cut into multiple pieces and spread all over(not a big deal but....) There was a Rigid vacuum and a Dewalt drill just randomly sitting on the floor in different locations and didn't see any workers around.The Hot tub was inoperative There was stains on my comforter I waited 7 minutes after the waitress greeted ( not sure how long it was before I started timing it because I think they forgot about me)me to take a seat and see if I wanted a drink. There was only a group of 6 and another couple in the restaurant. Staff were very friendly but....The drink machine was almost empty with only 2 or 3 kinds to choose fromI've been staying there "almost" every 2 weeks on business for the past year and this stay has to be the worst experience and now I'M debating at switching hotels....I should've taken pics of some of my complaints but the only one I took was the stains on my bed

REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY

Liked: Staff were very pleasant / helpful. Rooms cleaned every day. Breakfast was excellent. On site restaurant/ bar.
Disliked: We wanted to take wine glasses to our room. We were told by the staff that they were not allowed to let us have them, as there had been some breakage. This is RIDICULOUS. We have been in hotels all over Canada and the world. First time EVER that we couldn't have a wine glass to enjoy a drink in our room. For the price of the room, a broken wine glass is INSIGNIFICANT. Further, if we break a glass, charge me for it. Just don't ask me to put up with a plastic cup. Too tacky, especially considering our otherwise exceptional stay.

Liked: The gym & pool were great, as was the food
Disliked: The room smelt of damp, and during the night we noticed a flashing light in the corner of our room - a dehumidifier was full! Also it was all ridiculously hot everywhere - the ac fan was v noisy

Good value for a stay...

Liked: Spacious room, very well equipped and comfortable. Restaurant was dark but served good breakfast and a choice of evening meals
