Liked: The staff was 10/10 and the property is absolutely beautiful. The gardens are gorgeous and everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful! Loved it. Would definitely stay again.

Great courtyard.

Liked: The pool and outdoor space is fun and well maintained. The shuttle was really convenient to get us where we needed to go.
Disliked: The breakfast was barely passable and only a few of the staff were personable. The lighting throughout the grounds and rooms is terrible and jarring. The pool area is loud at night.

Liked: It was a horrible experience. I found blood stains on the towels in the bathroom. They were folded and hung.
Disliked: There was blood on the bath towels. When I took it to the office, there was no manager scheduled for that Saturday. I spoke to the young lady at the desk. I spoke to someone on the phone who said a manager would be in on Sunday and they would speak to me. My problem was the young man who insisted on explaining the policy over and over. Asking do I understand. I am a retired English teacher. 35 years. I think I understood, I did not agree. I spoke to a woman on Sunday. I was told they would review the tape from the office. There is no sound on the tape. After we spoke she said she would talk to the manager on Monday. A gentleman called on Wednesday to say he believed it was my blood. We checked me on Sunday there were no bruises or cuts. He indicated it was my cycle. I haven't had one in 32 years. I was told the only thing they would do is refund me for a half night. I had two rooms booked for that weekend. We were attending a family members Home Going

Liked: Location, close to I-95 and outlets Mall
Disliked: There was no hot water at all for 3 days that we stayed, even after advierte to the hotel about it.

Liked: The front desk staff was very helpful.
