Disappointing

The stay was pleasant due...

Liked: The staff provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service and was very helpful with minor issues that arose.
Disliked: The room I initially checked into smelled like nicotine but the staff switched my room immediately. The next day I was on time for the bus that goes to Universal Studio but the bus/coach did not arrive. The manager immediately stepped in and offered to cover the Uber cost. When I said the staff had an A1 guest service mentality they truly did.Lastly, I did see 2 baby roaches in the room and because of this I believe the hotel should change their policy to include daily cleaning.

Liked: The room was clean, nice view.
Disliked: There are thin doors between the rooms with a gap under them so you can easily hear all the conversations, noises in the adjoining room.
