Exceptional

Liked: On the beach and the room was very clean and roomy. Had a full-size fridge and stove in the room.
Disliked: It didn't have a microwave but was not a deal breaker.

OK

Liked: The view.
Disliked: The floor was slippery when damp. No hooks for hanging clothing in the bathroom. No gluten free in the restaurant.

This was our second stay...

Liked: Access to the beach.
Disliked: Room 207 east wing. The water pressure and flow in the shower wasn't very good. The bathroom was quite small and the shelf over the sink was inconvenient.

Liked: Beach access and the comfortable beds
Disliked: I felt like the front desk staff could have been more welcoming upon my arrival . She did her job, but she was very dry, didn’t smile and made little eye contact.

Disliked: My daughter and my mother have special needs and the room was to small for us. Especially the bathroom. The tub/shower did not have any grab bars at all. Very dangerous for them. They had to put a towel in the tub before taking a shower so they wouldn’t slip and fall. My bed frame was broken, and the head of the bed was lower than the foot. They said they would send maintenance which never showed up. Luckily, there was some workers replacing bathtubs, and one of them cut me some 2x4’s so I could level the bed out.
