Great place to stay. Room was clean. Easy access to everything, but off the strip. We will stay there again when we return to Branson.

Liked: Very clean

Liked: Breakfast was great, so was the location.
Disliked: I knew the hot tub was being worked on, but they told me I would be able to use the sauna. When we got there they told us you had to go through where the hot tub was, so we couldn't use it. That was a bust. I would have stayed at a cheaper place.

Liked: Locqtion..... it was easy to get around the area... Breakfast was good

Liked: Overall very clean motel, friendly staff and helpful. Decent breakfast, Had an elevator which we appreciated. Close to attractions, yet where our room was it was quiet and could not hear traffic too much.
Disliked: As with any other motel, the walls are kind of thin so when the group of spring break students came we could hear them next-door.

Will never come back to...

Disliked: The room was not ready by check in time. We were not able to get into our room until after 5pm after traveling all day. The pictures online made the hotel look 10x better than it actually was. The hotel promotes they have an indoor heated pool and hot tub. The hot tub was under construction. The pool pump went out so the pool was not heated. Our room was never cleaned while being there for 4 days.

Disliked: Swimming pool was down when are arrrived and not heated. Took 3 days to heat, so we swam the last day. The hot tub which we intended to relax in each of our evenings was not working, being fixed or renovated. I found it on an updated post under Other Information but too late to cancel my reservation. Otherwise, perfect stay and perfect location.
