Ok place to go to...

Liked: Room was comfortable to sleep in. Shower was stocked with shampoo and conditioner and wash and lotion. I would have liked a shower cap instead of having to call for one.
Disliked: The outlets by the bed did not work for me. The was the side not by the window. My phone thank god was still able to wake me up but I had no battery for the rest of the day and I was at a conference.

Good

Liked: The courteous staff and complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: The first room had urine stained sheets. The front desk immediately switched rooms and apologized for the inconvenience.

Liked: Breakfast was very good

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Sadley the pancake machine was broken, but there was a variety of hot and cold food choices available.
Disliked: On arrival the window shade was broken. Was able to get it down but could not raise or lower it during out stay. The underside of the toilet seat had fecal matter splashed on it and the shower floor was dirty. Front desk staff said I had to speak with manager. Had to request maid service for day 2 and room trash cans were never emptied. Spoke with manager at check out. She did give us a discount but was not interested in hearing the issues that we had during our stay.
