Disliked: My stay was horrible! Starting with the rude staff, to the hair in my bed when I arrived, so a dirty bathroom when I checked in, to know Wi-Fi, to the hot water being out.

Basic

Liked: The cleanliness was very good. The maid service was excellent. Location was not great and the photo online misrepresents the property itself. Room view was a series of hydro towers over a resevoir.
Disliked: Wifi was poor - I complained but the best they could do was move my room which seemed like an ordeal. Breakfast was average at best. No safe in room.
