Disliked: Handi cap room is not true handi capped. Bed is to high off the floor and bathroom shower needs controls so they can be reached when setting on the bench.

Liked: The girls who checked my daughter's in were awesome. Very helpful and always willing to answer questions I had. Here's the first time my daughters were traveling alone. And I felt very comfortable with them staying at that hotel. Great job.
Disliked: The staff there especially the girls who check this in and we're there at the desk throughout our stay, made us feel like we had known them forever. I've traveled a lot in my life and they were definitely some of the best staff I've ever experienced. Enthusiastic , going above and beyond to make this day the best it could be. Bravo, give them a raise..
