Disappointing

Liked: Location to downtown was nice
Disliked: The room had an odor that seemed like it was an old smoking room. Someone on our floor was using cannabis and I had my family with me( that was a fun conversation). We had to wipe down in front of the tv, there was a sticky substance on the tv stand. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. We had to ask several times for more towels to only be given two at a time. The nice front desk attendant stated they were in the dryer, but they hadn't had any ready at the time. We needed towels for after the pool, and being that there were none in the pool area we had to beg for those again. The shower curtain wasn't able to close all the way, so water was all over the floor after each shower making the towel situation worse. Pancake machine wasn't working, breakfast was disappointing.

Disliked: Sofa bed was broken when we paid extra to have a room with a sofa bed for our family of 5. The smell throughout the hotel of people still smoking in non-smoking rooms, specifically weed smoking. I don’t want my kids exposed to that.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The breakfast served was excellent and tasty. The location of the hotel was very convenient and easy to find. Would definitely book here again.
Disliked: Nope, excellent service and stay all around.
