One of the hotel's unique features is that, whilst situated on the East coast it faces due-West, overlooking The Wash (one of the largest estuaries in Britain) and giving a perfect view of Norfolk sunsets. The hotel has a conference and banqueting suite seating up to 130 people. Whilst the hotel has no ground floor bedrooms, there is a lift to the first floor.
