Disliked: Tv remote didnt work. Desk lied to us several times about sending someone to help with it. Finally at 11:30 PM they informed me the person had a flat tire and was not going to return to the hotel. The next day asWe wereLeaving the maintenance person appeared and advised he had been in room 118 the entire time and found the correct remote behind a bed

Excellent resting accommodation after day of racetrack chaos.

Liked: Very late checkin due to attending drag races in Ennis. Night clerk waiting at office window, knew me when I asked if they had a reservation in my name, took my credit card and driver's license, made copy, brought receipt, gave my key and three minutes I was in my room relaxing! Thank you so much!
Disliked: I would have to make up a complaint and that would add no value to evaluation.
