The hotel was very good. Close to restaurants. Nice bed, I forgot I wasn't home. Will stay there again for any other concerts we go to in Buffalo.

Disliked: Water was spilled under coffee pot and it saturated our items on the desk. For the price of the room they should have water bottles available! Ice machine should be on each floor.

Beautiful Stay with a Rotten...

Liked: It was clean, in a beautiful location, within walking distance to eateries and places of interest. Great breakfast and much more!
Disliked: That I couldn't extend my checkout time after my 7:05 am plane had been changed to 6:15pm..I even offered to pay the extra but that was to no avail...I was told all was booked up, I couldn't imagine that on a Wednesday after the eclipse...hotel had already emptied out...also I didn't like that mirror and sink were not in bathroom, but guess that was to keep shower available at all times, especially when some people rake too much time behind the mirror
