Great trip. Hotel was centered close to our daily activities.

Disliked: Need a bigger room.

Overall it was good despite...

Liked: Breakfast was good. 3rd Street and hotel were a bit hard to find.
Disliked: Signage to location needs more prominence. I could not find NBC and the NCAA basketball championship on the TV. What gives?

A no frills motel.

Liked: Clean, hard flooring no carpet, plumbing worked well, nice towels and linen.
Disliked: Surprise $100 deposit added to the bill at check-in and charged to credit card, apparently refundable days later, should have been stated before booking. Room very basic and plain.

High crime area.

Disliked: Bad location! The staff had to chase a homeless guy away from the property right after we arrived and then the propane tanks on our trailer and a cooler from our truck were stolen during the night.

Dead bugs, poop/blood stained sheets,...

Disliked: Already contacted your customer service about the issues.
