Liked: Not much. Room was ok, heat worked.
Disliked: Tiny pool, very noisy at the pool from traffic, was way too expensive for what it offered, in a sketchy neighborhood.

ABOVE AND BEYOND

Liked: It was my employee’s birthday. She was traveling from Redding California to take a mental health patient home after driving 15 hours. I wanted to do something nice and I arranged with the front desk staff to put chocolate covered strawberries in the refrigerator that were delivered and they had no problem doing that even after being a 12:30 AM arrival time your staff is amazing.
