The very best staff!

Liked: the front desk staff, the breakfast staff and the maintenance staff made this place OUTSTANDING! Staff in each area was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Each staff member went out of their way in a very natural manner. Each was friendly, welcoming and kind. A very special commendation to this staff.

They charged us when they...

Liked: They charge us after we recieved an email which said that our credit card wans't valid and the reservation wasn't confirmed and we didn't change the credit card so we thought we didn't have the reservation but at the end the charged us the full amount. And they were very unflexible when we told them and explained the situation.
