Liked: Leaving and going to stay at a Holiday Inn Express.
Disliked: Honesty through the booking portal about pet fees, and weight restrictions. The Holiday In Express was 5x cleaner, and nicer looking that this hotel was, and they had no extra pet fee, or weight restriction. They even offered to walk my dog. The staff that was working that night, (one guy) denied my stay after I complained about the additional pet fee that was not on my original booking price. I eventually convinced him to let me stay one night, due to the fact that I had a funeral to go to in the morning. It was 1:30 when I arrived, and it was roughly 4 by the time I got to sleep.The room was dirty, which I recorded, and the tv didn't work. Then somewhere around 330, I discovered a cat in my room. They finally switched me into a different room, which was definitely cleaner by comparison.
