Awesome Stay
Liked: Our front desk representative was a ray of sunshine! Helpful and cheerful! The room was clean and inviting. The provided breakfast was delightful and the not so common offering of bottled water was greatly appreciated! But the most impressive part of the breakfast setting was Miz Lucy! What a ray of sunshine and she kept the area super clean, stocked and asked about your day! She rocks!
Disliked: The only thing I can think of that could use attention would be the closure on the bathroom door in the room (#228) was hard to latch closed...really had to pull on it to get it latched.

Great value for one night.
Liked: The staff was friendly and everything worked.
Disliked: There was an odor in the bathroom as if it was trying to cover up something. Everything worked well though.While this is not a negative, it is something to be aware of - this hotel is in town, not near I-80. It's a five-minute drive away from Exit 164 and you will need a mapping app to get there.

Card charged twice
Liked: Location was good. Breakfast was good. The lobby is beautiful with all sorts of live plants,
Disliked: My card was pre-authorized twice. Even after calling several times, it still took a week for the second hold to release my money back to me. That was $260 that was no longer available to us on our trip. The bed wasn't very comfortable, we stayed in the king - spa tub suite, so I did expect at the very least a comfortable mattress.
