This was my first stay...

Liked: Pretty new property the keep up was not well the first room we were given the lock on the door didn’t work. The toilet tissue holder in the second room was detached from the wall just little things that could make this a great hotel.
Disliked: I came down to get extra towels the front desk clerk had gone on a 15 minute break I waited for over 30 minutes and the clerk returned to an unmanned front desk after probably 30-45 minutes. That bothers me that the desk is unmanned.

Ok accommodation, pleasant staff adequate...

Liked: Staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfast adequate
Disliked: Room was cleaned however bed not made on one occasion. Gym is not a gym , small room with a couple of cycles, no weights. Swimming pool was dirty and hadn't been cleaned, debris in bottom of pool.

Liked: Breakfast was good - lots of hot optionsRooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable!
Disliked: Room attendants - knocked on the door to ask if we needed more towels. Advised we actually needed new sheets so asked if she could change them on one bed and make it - she advised “she didn’t have time for that” and handed us sheets and towels. Had to make our own bed with the new sheets When we came back that evening they hadn’t even come and removed the dirty towels on the floor

Location and price are good....

Liked: Sulin, the Manager was very accommodating.
Disliked: VERY THIN WALLS. Kept the TV on til morning to drown out the next door TV. Pool area should have matching furniture. Felt concerned on arrival about how the stay would turn out. But all was well other than noise.
