I would definitely stay at this hotel again, it met all our needs. I really liked the fact I was able to park right outside of my room.
Liked: Very clean; check in was great - the young lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our TV due to the storms - our direct TV was knocked off line and the manager came as soon as we called to get it back on line.
Disliked: The coffee maker in our room didn't work, it leaked all over the tray, but we were able to get fresh coffee in the lobby.

Room was clean.
Liked: Location. Liked that each room had it's own door.
Disliked: There was a smell in the room. Possibly used to be a smoking room.

Enjoyed the stay and very convenient to the Yum Center.
Liked: Rooms were great.
Disliked: Would not check us in at 3. We had to wait until 3:45. Was told earlier check in time was 4.

Liked: Staff was kind and allowed my guest Ms. Cooper access to room as I asked whenever I paid for room online. Ms. Cooper was able to relax in peace while patiently awaiting my arrival where I then fornicated Ms. Cooper until Ms.Cooper could no longer walk.
Disliked: No complaint or satisfaction

Liked: Great everything for the price. Special attention to a great breakfast.Good value, clean and well taken care of.
Disliked: Tv was small, remote didn’t work.

Disliked: I have stayed at same property a number of times. Reserved 1 room with 2 beds for 3/22. On 3/22 I called motel directly to confirm and late check in. Arrived at motel and given room with 1 bed. Clerk stated no other room available and she had already sent people to other motel in area. I showed her my reservation for 2 beds, she showed reservation from website was for 1 king. Advise clerk on 3/23 in am would be able to adjust charge. States rate was high on 3/22 but would be $78 for next day. I spoke to Mara clerk on 3/23. States she could adjust charge to $115 after looking at charges motel was offering. I showed Mara my reservation from booking site. Advised was discrepancy between motel confirmation and mine. She again stated would adjust charge. I checked my Discover card charges on 3/27. Charge was still for $230. I called Best Western motel, spoke to Mikayla. Offered credit of $23. States unable to credit for amount quoted on 3/23. States clerks I spoke to not able to offer credit. Advised me no corporate customer service to speak to then offered 800 528-1238.
