Pros: Close to a lot.

Cons: When its advertised as a lakeview or city view room and you request a lakeview room as well as calling the day before and double requesting and they say yes and you get a side view - it's false advertising.

For the price and location, you really can't beat this hotel.

Pros: The staff was really friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check our bags for the day while we visited the aquarium, which was a huge relief. We had an excellent view of the museum campus which was only a short walk away.

Cons: I wish they had an indoor pool as well as the outdoor pool as it was not open for the season when we visited.

This is the 3rd year in a row I have stayed in this hotel for a yearly event with a group of 8-10 people. The hotel continues to be above average, but not 10/10. It is a great location for a good price, which is why we continue to return.

Pros: Rooms were clean & comfortable.

Cons: Took a very long time to check-in. Limited parking for guests. Limited elevators.
