AWESOME I be going back...

Liked: Clean, clean it was a great room awesome….So quiet I truly enjoyed my stay. Outside location CLEAN…I will stay there again & share with friends.
Disliked: No ramp to just pull your luggage up. Not where my room was.. It was still a clean & great property.

Expected more from Best Western

Liked: Breaking okayStuff trying to be helpful
Disliked: Not clean. One night there was no hot water, so the receptionist sent us to shower in another room which had a cockroach in it

Very good

Liked: The staff was very friendly. John & Corey at the front desk were very personable and welcoming. The hotel was an excellent value for 2 rooms during the solar eclipse weekend where every other hotel was outrageously priced, Best Western was a bargain! The facilty, although a bit out-dated was clean for the most part. The atmosphere was nice, not a lot of noise.
Disliked: The rooms are a bit out-dated, the restrooms are very small/crowded and toilets are really low.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable, good location.
Disliked: I was there for 4 nights. Not once I had my room looked at and coffee replenish.

Liked: The pool was great for my daughter. Towels were supplied and beds were comfy
Disliked: The shower was not cleaned. Hair on the walls.
