Started well, then went downhill

Liked: Helpful reception staff.Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Breakfast not as advertised. Breakfast staff unhappy.Room not cleaned. Apparently that was because we did not place the ‘please clean the room’ hanger on the door. Really? Since when was that a requirement??Noisy overnight.Lamps did not work.
