Very clean room. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

I had a great relaxing stay and I would recommend it if you're in the Franklin area.

Disliked: The air conditioner was putting off a wetness in the room? Not sure why, but wasn't a huge problem - just a little damp in the room.

We arrived at the hotel and checked in. We were assigned room 113 and given 2 keys. Upon going to 113 we quickly discovered that someone else was already booked into that room. Moreover, the person was actually IN the room when we almost walked in. The only thing that stopped us from going in was the occupant had the presence of mind to engage the chain-lock. This is outrageous on many different levels. I felt terrible for the person already in the room who I scared the crap out of, and I was more than grateful we didn't get shot while breaching someone else's room. We'll not be visiting this hotel again even though we do have plans to revisit the area.
