Ok to visit for the...

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The room needed a good clean, dusty blinds in bathroom, on spots on the lamp shades. The doors needed more security.

Liked: Quiet.
Disliked: The room was very dusty, not thoroughly cleaned in a while. Bathroom Blinds, and lampshades not cleaned.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I forgot my room key...a few times ( ops)I also asked to change rooms for a different view and that was no problem at all. I had a fabulous view of the pier and park.
Disliked: Nothing - I really thought it was great value for the price and location.

Pleasant

Liked: My sugar and creamer pack for the coffee had mold all over it, and the room just wasn’t clean but we only stayed there for one night
Disliked: It had a great view

The only reason we stayed...

Disliked: Very small room for the cost!! Air conditioning vents in the room were very dusty and dirty. The bathroom shower had some mold starting to form on the shower walls. There were rarely any towels out by the pool for guests to use. Ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken. We asked for a late checkout and we were told it would cost $25 extra and when we got our summary of charges, they charged us $50! We would NOT stay here again!

Completely overpriced especially for what...

Liked: That it had a nice breakfast & it faced the water only I couldn’t see it when I was supposed to
Disliked: Room was in an active Noisy location… Also room faced back of restaurant so view looked shabby to say the least Bugs flying around the ceiling
