Liked: Rooms clean and spacious, staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast room was gloomy (all window blinds closed), Christmas decorations still hanging in April, and a TV with constant advertisements playing, which was annoying. Breakfast was pretty bland as well. Everything super sweet except for eggs and sausages.

Liked: It would be great if the coffee fresh brew. And the food need To be fresh aswell .Family have older one and can not bring food to the room ,and the hotel has no elevator.

Liked: lori at front desk was a delight and made me feel welcome she also assisted me w copies what a Gem!

Disappointing, pay extra and get...

Liked: Location was closeby to alot of things. Room size was big. Had a pool but was closed but thats nice they had one.
Disliked: Bugs on the bed (not bed bugs), bugs on the floor and chair. Stink bug in the room. The room would have been great if they cleaned properly. Manager or someone higher up came knocking on my door assuming I was the last guest that didnt check out so he had an attitude and questions why Im still here only for me to still nicely tell him Im a new guest and I just checked in. He apologizes and laughs of embarrassment. So much noise til 3/4am. Of people and of the room next to me tv. The housekeeper didnt have the room cleaned even tho the checkin time was approved. So she stayed in the room to clean for another 10-15 minutes while I just sat there. Very disappointing stay. The worst part was the bugs for me I felt so icky.
