Liked: The hotel is located very close to shopping, and a whole lot of places to eat. The interstate is right across the street easy on easy off.The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. No foul smells, hall carpet was in nice shape. I also like there is no carpet in the rooms.would stay here again if it hadn't been for the cold pool room and the mischievous room cleaner. Always has to be someone to ruin a good place to stay, so 😔
Disliked: What I didn't like was that the beds were not soft at all. The indoor pool is like bath water, but the pool room had NO heat running at all, so we didn't swim. The one thing that had me concerned was when I was leaving the room for the day I had a do not disturb on my door and the young male room cleaner was doing his rooms and seen me leave my room, about a half hour later my friend called me from the room and told me the male room cleaner had just walked into the room as far as the beds and was shocked to see the room was not empty of people, he was shocked and left immediately. To me, there was no reason the cleaner should have been in my room with a do not disturb sign on my door. I'm just glad we don't keep anything valuable in the room when we leave for this reason. If it weren't for the pool room lacking heat, the hard beds,and the mischievous room cleaner, I would give this hotel a 5 star. Now I see it as a sketchy place to stay.
