Liked: This hotel came up as a one star hotel when I booked it but it was way nicer than that. The staff was great; the room was clean; beds were comfortable; the breakfast in the morning was very good. I would stay there again if I am ever in Batavia, NY.

Liked: My kids and their friend liked the breakfast but my son wished there was pnt. Butter.
Disliked: When booking nothing was said that the pool and jacuzzi were not working, when we arrived the receptionist said it had not worked the last 4-5 months. My kids and their friend were very disappointed cause that was are main purpose to choose this Best Western.

Liked: Hotel employee at the front desk was very helpful and professional.
Disliked: Please get the pool re-opened!
