Disliked: We didn’t have a chance to find out anything nice about this hotel. The front desk night staff person (said his name was Mike) was totally irrational and abusive and he refused to honour our valid booking.com reservation. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I am a very frequent traveller! Booked well in advance and had my written confirmation with me, yet he refused to honour it. By the time we left, I was actually afraid of this person. He made terrible comments about “third party bookings” andin particular he mocked us for relying on booking.com to make and confirm our reservation. Yet, the next day the hotel manager confirmed that we did have a valid reservation and he “couldn’t understand why this happened”. He said he’d investigate and call us back but we heard nothing more from him.Terrible experience and would never return.

Liked: Love the vintage lobby and facade! Nice grounds and pool, cute old restaurant for breakfast. Nice people work here.
